In the winter, snowmobiling is a popular attraction to the surrounding area! Location Craig, CO provides the nearest grocery stores, hardware stores, hospital, restaurants, and gas stations and is located approximately 1 hour southwest of the property. Baggs, WY also has gas stations with convenient stores and small restaurants and is just under 1 hour to the northwest. The closest airport that provides commercial flying is Yampa Valley Regional Airport and is located in Hayden, CO which is roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes southeast of the land. Steamboat Springs, CO offers many similar amenities as Craig, plus additional attractions such as skiing, rafting, and small local shops, and is located an additional 30 minutes past Hayden.
