We couldn't be more appreciative of Gella and Audrey, who have helped us buy and sell 4 homes in Carbondale over the past 10 years. Together, they always went above and beyond to help and were such a joy to work with -- warm and friendly, communicative, deeply knowledgeable about the market, and always available for questions and support. We knew they had our best interests at heart in helping us find our dream home (no easy task in 2022 in the valley!) and were wise and supportive in helping us make all the decisions along the way. Importantly, they were also always professional and kind when representing us in the sales of our homes and were confident negotiators during those transactions. We consider them friends and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the valley!

Audrey spent a very full 2 days with us setting up over 10 showings and touring us around the area. We are from out of state and needed to find a home for our family quickly, with minimal inventory that felt worth the money in our price range. We went a lot of different directions & Audrey & Gella supported each avenue we wanted to explore. When we finally found the home, there was a lot of back and forth initially with the sellers and then between the loan officer and meeting deadlines. Audrey & Gella were amazing at keeping us informed and making sure deadlines were met or extended as needed. We felt very well cared for throughout the daunting process of buying a home from a different state.

We couldn’t have been luckier to find Gella and Audrey to sell the first home we built. Gella and Audrey are incredibly personable, knowledgeable, experienced, down-to-earth, determined, genuine, and completely understand timing is of the essence in making dreams reality.
