I called Audrey and Gella and said we were thinking about selling our house. They mentioned having buyers interested in our location and price range that were touring the next day. She studied the property and its quirks and its neighborhood, she helped us understand the market and come up with a fair asking price, she always listened to our preferences and helped us make decisions. Her smarts, experience, and wonderful sense of humor made the process painless for us, and the outcome was great for us and the buyers. Audrey was super helpful as well. Gella and Audrey guided us beautifully through a somewhat tricky purchase of our Carbondale home. They were very responsive, gave us excellent advice and have been so patient with us for years suggesting homes that fit our tight budget. I love that they really kept our ideas in mind and were looking out for our best interests all along. Through selling a condo a few years back and buying our new home the process has been seamless and professional. Beyond top notch realtors, Gella and Audrey are now neighbors and friends.
